Good morning, everyone!

Thanks for all your kind words on yesterday’s post.

I admit, I can be a bit melodramatic, but it felt good to get it out, and all of your kindness and love made me feel so much better. ❤

Anyway, I really didn’t eat much of note last night — well, that’s not true.  Em and I enjoyed some salad, and then whipped up some of the tastiest banana soft serve known to mankind.

Almond butter/coconut butter drizzle and 85% dark chocolate. Yum!

Then, we went off on one of our infamous random adventures to buy bananas, since I had wasted all of mine on a failed loaf of banana bread.

When I returned, Amor greeted me somberly.

While I was out, his laptop spontaneously decided to test its acrobatic skills and had attempted a swan dive off the edge of our couch.

Quick breakfast of groats, flax, peanut butter, and banana.

9.5 for finesse, perfect 10 for stealth,  but a big fat ZERO for survival ability.

Amor and I now have another random, unplanned adventure.  This one involves possibly finding a suitable, albeit temporary, stand in for this computer.

Once I hit publish, it’ll be a mad dash to get me out of here by noon.  I’m not optimistic, but I’ll try, dang it!  I’ll try!

Love those big pools o' peanut butter!

Breakfast was quick this morning, with the only change was me trying to melt a half a banana into my groats to sort of sweeten it.

It turned out okay, but I actually prefer the bananas atop of my groats because I actually really do dig the natural smokiness of the kasha.

The bowl included a quarter cup of groats, one cup of water, about a half a cup or more of almond milk, a tablespoon of milled flax, a whole banana, and two huge spoonfuls of peanut butter.

Okay — gotta make haste.

Have you ever had your computer meet its demise unexpectedly? What happened?

Thanks for reading!
